Based in the beautiful market town of Narberth in Pembrokeshire, Albatross Fisheries source and supply fresh sea bass to local hotels and restaurants. Founder Berwyn Dennis certainly knows what he’s talking about when it comes to fish. His father was a Saundersfoot trawlerman for over 40 years and Berwyn himself has been fishing the Pembrokeshire coast for the past three decades. His passion for fish drives him on and his strong relationship with local fishermen ensures that only fish of the highest quality end up on your plate.
Pembrokeshire boasts the UK’s only coastal National Park and Albatross Fisheries operates in keeping with the protected nature of the landscape, using sustainable catching methods and small vessels.
Albatross Fisheries only supply high quality sustainably caught sea bass which are iced and chilled on landing for supply to the customer. The bass are caught by a group of small vessels working together to ensure a good supply of product and ensure fair price to the fishermen by working collaboratively.
The group has started to supply local restaurants and will look to grow and increase demand for this premium product from Pembrokeshire.
